As summer heats up, the real estate market is doing the same on Colorado’s Front Range. The latest S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices Index reveals that Denver home prices are up 4.1 percent from 2009, and it’s having a ripple effect on Northern Colorado’s markets, too.
Hunter Homes, a Colorado-based developer and home builder with a 40-year history in the Colorado housing market, is capitalizing on the positive news and solidifying opportunities to offer its award-winning custom homes in two esteemed Northern Colorado communities: Moore Farm in Frederick and Crescendo Village at Alford Meadows in Loveland.
Hunter Homes recently unveiled two new home collections, the Encore and the Duet. Each collection is now available in Frederick’s Moore Farm, located one mile east of Interstate 25 between highways 119 and 52. Each collection is open for public tours daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Moore Farm. The Encore collection starts at $312,000 and features luxurious main-floor living with diverse ranch plan options sized between 1,400 square feet to more than 2,200 square feet. The Duet collection, starting at $284,900, features multi-level homes from 2,000 square feet to more than 4,000 finished square feet all with full unfinished basements.
As important as the home designs is the community-centered appeal of Moore Farm, which offers golfing at the public nine-hole Bella Rosa Golf Club, fishing at adjacent Milavec Lake and swimming and family fun at its private pool and various parks and open space. Moore Farm is also convenient to shopping districts in Boulder and downtown Denver.
“Hunter Homes was founded upon the belief that a community is what ultimately makes a house a home,” states Russ Sprague of Hunter Homes. “We’ve strived to establish our homes and our business in neighborhoods that offer a superior quality of life and multiple opportunities to its residents no matter a buyer’s phase of life. We are equipped to meet the needs of people in all stages of life, including first-time homebuyers, growing families and active adults. As custom home builders, understanding a buyer’s unique needs is our first priority.”
In addition to its Moore Farm offerings, Hunter Homes is preparing to break ground in Loveland's desirable Alford Meadows located in the city’s northwest corner at Taft Avenue and 50th Street. Alford Meadows’ first phases made it the top-selling subdivision when its first homes were released around 2004. Hunter Homes has purchased the few pristine, view-oriented lots that remain in the community’s most luxurious phase known as Crescendo Village. These estate-sized home sites offer easy access to Alford Meadows’ community pool, walking and bike paths and private park as well as area attractions such as Benson Sculpture Park, Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado State University and endless outdoor activities in the nearby foothills.
