Hunter Homes unveils new architectural series and custom building sites in Loveland, Frederick

As summer heats up, the real estate market is doing the same on Colorado’s Front Range. The latest S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices Index reveals that Denver home prices are up 4.1 percent from 2009, and it’s having a ripple effect on Northern Colorado’s markets, too.
